TL;DR – what’s the role?
You’ll join Local Digital as a Client Success Representative. This is an entry level role, suitable for someone looking to get their start in the world of digital marketing.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the all important first 90 days of a client’s engagement with us is as delightful as possible. Whether that’s overseeing a smooth onboarding process or providing quick & attentive service, you’ll be ensuring that once a client has signed on with us the love and service they receive is everything they expected.
This role will work closely with the sales and client delivery teams.
