Like any franchise business, it’s crucial for Signwave head office to supply its franchisees with a healthy volume of high quality inbound leads.
While the business did have some Google Ads campaigns running prior to 2019, there were tracking issues which meant that improving performance was difficult.
In November, Local Digital worked to solve the conversion tracking issues, made some initial adjustments to the campaign and then used the conversion tracking data to improve the performance of Signwave’s marketing activity throughout the next 12 months.
Once conversion tracking was setup & working as it should, Local Digital used the incoming conversion data to perform laser-focused optimisation techniques on a monthly basis.
After already seeing some strong improvements in the first half of 2019, we were able to improve things even further from July to December, with a 24% increase in conversions, a 17% increase in clicks, and a 19% reduction in cost per lead compared with the first half of the year.
