How ActronAir won dealer leads across North Queensland at 15% conversion
ActronAir wanted more demand in Cairns and Townsville, a region where the brand was under-represented. We ran the performance side of a promotional campaign, and the Google Ads converted at 15%.

The problem
ActronAir is a large Australian air conditioning manufacturer with a national footprint, but the brand is stronger in some regions than others. North Queensland was one of the areas where they wanted a bigger profile.
The marketing and sales team were tasked with generating more demand across the Cairns and Townsville region. That meant advertising that produced genuine new customer enquiries, which could then be handed to ActronAir's dealers on the ground.

What we did
ActronAir's sales and marketing team built the offer: extremely competitive pricing on the supply and install of split system units across the region. Michael Morgan of the North Queensland Cowboys fronted the campaign, backed by above-the-line media. We handled the performance digital side.

The results
The campaign structure blitzed expectations. Google Ads delivered a consistent flow of leads at a low cost per lead, with a conversion rate of 15% across contact form submissions and phone calls.

Every lead went straight to ActronAir's dealer network in the region, giving the brand a foothold in North Queensland it can keep building on.

“Great team, great results, genuine passion and transparent, honest feedback and communication — the best search agency I've worked with. Since putting their strategies into place we have consistently seen dramatically improved results year on year. Our most recent calendar year saw us generate a volume of leads over 600% higher than the year prior to their appointment, our cost metrics and conversions have dramatically improved, and traffic to our website has increased every year for the past five years.”
